  1. According to the IFPI there were 13 million tracks licensed by record companies to digital music services in 2010. (a).
  2. $4.6 billion (U.S.) was the trade value of the digital music market worldwide in 2010 and there was a 6% growth of global digital music revenues. Digital channels now account for an estimated 29 per cent of overall recorded music revenues, up from 25 per cent in 2009. (a).
