List Notes: Data is for the year 2007. Note: the Networked Readiness Index measures the degree of preparation of a nation with regard to computer networks. In other words how it participates in and benefits from information and communication technology (ICT) developments. The Global Information Technology Report covered a total of 122 economies in 2006-2007. The NRI is composed of three component indexes which assess: 1) The environment for ICT offered by a given country or community 2) The readiness of the community's key stakeholders (individuals, business and governments) and 3) The usage of ICT among these stakeholders.
